Athletic Eligibility 2012-2013

At Bear Creek High School, we emphasize the “student” in student / athlete. Any student who wishes to participate on a Bear Creek athletic team must be academically eligible at the time of tryouts in order to practice or play for that team at any point during the school year. Student / athletes who are academically ineligible at the time of tryouts will not be allowed to join any team during the middle of the season or end of the next grading period.

This policy will also be in effect for the new “limited period” as approved by CIF, which allows teams to practice for a designated time period in the off season.
